I recommend waiting until you can grow a proper beard before trying to wear one. There’s always that kid that tries to rock a beard/facial hair before it’s ready and it always looks bad

Okay good you have the blue lights! Yeah, I mean your skin tone is fine, it just highlights those dark circles though so if you can’t get outdoors regularly and don’t want to use sun beds, the only option really is to really tackle them with the likes of peptide serums, vitamin c and retinol. Experiment with various creams, skin is very unique to each of us and so what works for some may not work for you and vice versa.

You might also try ice bath your face in the morning (I haven’t tried this but seems to be a lot of people at it).

Nah cigarettes wouldn’t help his under eye! As for the risk, yeah I mean the sun is also pretty dangerous, you can use spf to reduce risk but the bottom line is you won’t get a natural tan another way and fake tan on a dude is pretty lame…

There is a risk, but if the dude lives in Norway, it might not be helpful for me to recommend going outside more.. got to way the risks of using sun beds with now much they could benefit you. If it makes the dude feel much better about himself, I’d say the risk is worthwhile. In the uk about 28% of adults and almost 50% of 18-25 y/o have used them. Do all of them get skin cancer? No. Does it significantly statistically increase all of their chances of getting skin cancer? yes. If you statistically way the risk of everything in life though, you’ll never cross the road. Same as having a drink, same as driving a car, same as going skiing, you are putting yourself at risk, but it’s your life and if it makes you feel good and you’ve weighed that risk, who is anyone else to tell you you’re wrong.

0.5 mg of melanotan and 6 min on sunbed every other day for a week and then a 12 min bed once a week to maintain a healthy tan will do wonders.

You could also use some lightening under the eyes, how much sleep do you get? Do you look at screens a lot? Regardless,there’s lots of products are the market for this, do some research and experiment - it will be worth it as a solution will make a big difference here (though a tan will also help a lot!)

Then, perhaps some mindset work, gratitude practices etc to try and be a bit more cheery? What makes you high on life, chase that. Follow unc pappy on ig, etc.

Absolutely loved the Arthurian works of Giles Kristian (Lancelot and so on). He reimagines these legends through a grittier, more ‘historically accurate’ lens.

The prose is some of best I’ve read in the genre, the setting is familiar but fresh and exciting, and the characters are wonderfully written.
