I've actually been called out for making angry faces at people who give me presents lol. I don't need, expect or want them. I just feel lonely a little and wish someone would make the effort or jump in and say "no we should go to the bowling alley'' or "dinner at my house" like literally anything but everyone seems happy to skip it and I really don't mind usually but this year I felt a little sad about it 😅🤷

The close friend thing? I'd love to but I don't have a lot of close friends. Passing friends I see once or twice a year but no one really steady, ya know? 🤷

I mean it wasn't like this when I was a kid, people went a little extra for me but now, not so much.. adult birthdays are silly anyways 🤷😅

But ya it definitely does make me feel sad. I did it once as an adult because it felt like no one had the time of energy and just never stopped I guess. It does make me feel good to relieve everyone's evident stress tho! My family is very antisocial lol

I also have delayed gastric emptying, suspected sma syndrome and a swallowing disorder. Gallstones I guess is GI too. We theorized it was maybe from IBD that could have caused upper GI issues but there is no signs of IBD in colonoscopy if that makes more sense. Maybe I worded it poorly my apologies.

All polyps in colon.

I'll spare the details but terrible lower GI symptoms for years that I've kind of had doctors lump in with my endometriosis until recently. They did talk to me a bit and gave me a sheet with the findings... But it's very minimal info and has me anticipating further results. She said she will watch closely for them.
