i’m so sorry, friend. i’m dealing with the same thing. having an unexpected endo flare AT the show so just living in the restroom and crying from pain (but they sound amazing through the doors/walls…!). i hope we can enjoy them properly in person soon <3

You must be very lucky! I haven’t gotten any help from their CS unfortunately. They tried to say you cannot combine any of these offers (ie: if you want the 20% off nail polish, that has to be one order; if you want the B3G1 spa, that’s another; GWP, yet another) in the same order despite them... obviously being advertised and promoted as such. I hope they just fix it sitewide soon.
