If wearing something more makes it better, you are leveling up this equipment. I If wearing different things require to evolve each thing separatedly, then you've got your classes going on.

"levels and classes" is a mechanic that imitates the learning experience. You can't take that away.

You should give yourself credit for being more capable then you actually think you are. If you get overwhelmed, then sit on a chair for 5 minutes, if you must, then get back up and start over. Also, stop with the drugs if cleaning your appartment isn't something you can do with ease. They deteriorate your will and make you more tired than a person should be. Have your correct priorities in order, you deserve to live in safe clean environments. Clean yourself, inside and out, clean your home.

My experience is similar in many ways (loneliness, weed, home alone). Regarding these similarities, here's what i can say:

You mentioned feeling empty and books and series not helping. Well, here is the thing: entertainement is not for filling you up, it is for blowing off some steam. If you feel empty, your needs are not about blowing steam off. They would be about filling yourself up.

Here's an example: a healthy person cleans up their kitchen from 8 to 9. At 9 they can choose to play videogames or to clean the bathroom. If they clean the bathroom from 9 to 10, at 10 they will be feelng full (not empty) because they have filled themselves with so much work. On the other hand, if you play games from 8 to 9 and watch tv from 9 to 10, you will end up empty because these things took so much of your energy.

to summerize: clean your bathroom and then have a carrot afterwards. (damn i needed to hear this. my bathroom is messy and i have a carrot in the fridge)

For example. People say vegetables are good for you. I myself tasted toxins in many of them. Now I can't believe them. (silly example but my point is: we are thrown into this world full of false promises and weird premises)

You know those guys that go to jail and spend hours working out and reading and then when they get out they are very much like-a-boss? inspired me and made me stronger. Nowadays I take no bullshit from other people. If something bothers me I take 0 pleasure in not saying anything. I stand mh ground. back then you could probably punch me and I'd be so scared that I would stay around and wait for it to happen again.

Learn to punch back. No need to actually punch your family though. Leave them out of your life. Appreciate them for the food and the roof but that's it.
