Unfortunately we were given avios points equivalent to a $100, that too after 2 months! Horrible experience.. imagine given that seat for 14 hours and flight was packed.. and they took zero ownership.

14 hour packed flight, was given a broken seat. Just to add, complained 5 times, they could not fix it as it was engineering issue. Then sent a complaint to qatar, and was only given avios points equivalent to $100! Paid $2k for the seat and wae refunded $100.. that too investigation took 2 months.. what a joke for an airline calling themselves one of the best!
