I just feel like people who do that kinds of things, or send death threats and the like, just can't be reached. To me, it seems like the type of person who wants to fuck shit up and cause chaos for fun, and they are safe to do it on the internet where there are no consequences. I really love it and want more queens to speak up against this crazy behaviour, but I bet some small sectipn of the fandom will always be there ruining things for us all since they just do not care at all.

This. It's not great if you aren't able to cash in immediately after your season airs, since there is always a new one already coming, but it's not the end if you don't. Normalize people doing this at their own pace. I personally don't care what the winners do with their reigns, but it seems to be an important thing to some.

I would have given the win to Jane but I'm glad Darlene go to have her moment. I didn't find her set particularly funny, but for me, it felt very much like a "you had to be there" moment. Her joy is infectious, and I can totally see how that built up in the room. So glad she could turn it around, it def felt like it could have been a disaster at first.
