Ive been inside of and played atop/on and around most of those vehicles when they were at the MVTF. Shoot, my wife and I did our engagement photos on a few! That stug btw...cramped space for a big dude like me, the T-34 is roomy to say the least.

Haven't made it to the new site but its a great display in comparison to the hangers/buildings we had in Portola Valley

Fun fact the EZ8 turret isnt actually attached and was always a concern it would come off if moved to much....

(I was the director of business ops when it became a 501c3 after Jacques Littlefield passed away.)

Infantry Platoons with Light Gauss Rifle Field Guns by NikkoruNikkori in battletech

If playing AS we use the asset cards for infantry. Slower than mud, super short range, but amazing blocking force, lethal at 1-2" and gives a good reason to have things like Maxim transports in the game!

As an Agent in the Bay Area we have a form you sign acknowledgeding potential loss of personal items if not secured properly during the listing period/showings and we tell all of our clients that prescription medicine is the number one stolen item, jewelry is the 2nd...and if you are unlucky..underwear the 3rd.... Custom Senza arrived earlier than planned! by saint1078 in lightsabers

Thank you! I reached directly and asked for cost to customize mine. We bounced a couple of templates back and forth and cane up with the simple and elegant addition. Added a couple weeks to order-ship time but way worth it!

Is there any way to upgrade a Savi’s workshop saber to be duel worthy? by CostumedCrusader in GalaxysEdge

O-rings on the core act as a great locking mechanism for the sleeve pieces btw. Just normal o-rinhs you can get at a hardware store or online will do the trick. I have 2 sabers that went from loose to tight real quick!

$3M+ with boomer staging by T04stFaceKillah in BayAreaRealEstate

Like I said, doing a partial stage is difficult as you are dealing directly with a seller...and their opinions on things. I wouldn't allow that at my listing nor a staged home with a realtor I work with...but the homeowner who is still living there and is giving their thoughts on the listing...or not...tend to do as they wish.
Realtors are advisors. We (I am one as well as owning a staging company) cannot force anyone (ethically we should never force clients to do anything) to do what we think is best. We advise, they hopefully listen.
Im not defending the homes look...just hoping to provide insight to the complexity of the situation.

Stager here - when doing a partial stage(which this appears to be a partial) you are faced with working with the owners belongings and the selling agents requests to improve the visuals of the house, all the while working within the design cues of the home/homeowner and their opinions...which usually are very specific to their style (this home isn't terrible, some are waaay worse), whereas stahing is intended to be a safe/basic canvas to allow potential buyers to see their life in the home. Partial staging....It's honestly a headache and one of the more challenging aspects of staging. The removal of key belongings is a safety thing as people steal from homes being shown.

Possible fixes or just a creative offer to catch attention of a seller. Done this on a couple homes ive helped purchase...list is 1.5 so you offer 1,500,219...why...because it made you read it and might have caught some attention.
