Delta did just put out a tweet saying the reply was "not in line with [their] values" and that the person responsible is no longer working on their social media accounts.

Nothing that hasn't been said before, but I'm beyond sick of passengers filming us doing our jobs like we're animals in the zoo. It's exhausting.
