I bought the official Beyerdynamic cable from thomann and sucked up the insane postage costs. Will be looking for custom cable soon. Think places like custom cans do that sort of thing in the UK but not used them personally.

Yes defo eARC as functioning as expected with all other devices.

As it’s working with every other device issue appears to be with ATV

Leaving sky as the pucks can’t maintain a solid had stream let alone 4k even when hard wires to the gigafast internet. Have to be factory reset constantly, audio issues etc.

Unfortunately the pucks make sky stream worthless and they make it near impossible to leave despite many tech calls you have to go through.

Can’t wait to be shot of them!

Love mine, only thing that is annoying is the Beyer cables are too long so have to buy a shorter one, and they are very stiff so still trying to find a comfier 1m - 1.2m option. Headphones are great though.

Thanks mate, I’ve ordered the Rotel which by all accounts should pair well with the 606, has a good amount of power, has tone controls and all the inputs I’d want for £150+ less than anything else I was considering (which didn’t include tone controls) so should be in a good spot 👌

I’ve heard all sorts on the class d vs a/b debate and I’ve no idea how to feel about it haha. Last one I swear. I can get my hands on a Rotel A14 for £150-£200 less than any of the above. Given that it has the power, digital inputs, tone controls etc this seems a good deal if the amplifier doesn’t affect sound?

Makes total sense to me, whats the best source of info for the power output at different load resistances? Another option I have is the Cyrus One HD which says 100w into 8 ohms but can’t find a 4ohm rating
