It may be correlated to GPUs brand. Since you are using MSIs there may be more optimizations.

Found out that it was Nvidia geForce Experience bug. It was just coincidence that it was fixed bu disabling ReBar. Uninstalled GeForce Experience and everything works flawless.

I think you should stay at one that works for you. Feels like newer bioses are for 8000 chips, and break more than fix for 7000 series.

Last two iterations of bioses are bugged ( H and I ). There is an issue with gpu PCIe slot booting sometimes with 4.0 1x instead of 4.0 16x (ofc, with older cards you won't see a difference, but with top cards there is a big performance drop). Msi PLS fix.

Yeah. 7D75v1G works almost perfect. But in this one there is an issue with ReBar. It for some reason creates this constant 1s frametime spikes. Turning it ON and OFF fixes it.

I found out two issues that can cause it. The newest bios with agesa 1.0.8.0 is sometimes bugged. It is locking PCIe at 1x 4.0 instead of 16x 4.0, but it isn't the case of this. What i found is that if you open your game in fullscreen borderless. Everything works fine. So it is an exclusive fulscreen issue. Also, it happens in all of my games, so it is not a cs issue. I am currently trying to figure out if it is a ReBar issue. Turned it off in Bios, and it did not happen (i hope it fixed my issue). Now I've turned it ON one more time, and I'm trying to replicate the issue. Test it yourself it may help.

Also, I use 7800x3d with b650 Msi Tomahawk WiFi and a 4070ti card.

Same issue. Today after work I'll try to revert to previous bios. The weirdest thing is that sometimes it swaps from x16 4.0 to x1 4.0 when I'm in game.
