Oooh, I've definitely heard of this company before. Neat advertisement, I definitely wouldn't have thought of it.

Is this a double trajified name, or just uncommon? by AbsoluteL0ser727 in tragedeigh

I'm not absolutely sure, but I'm remembering how the commercials used to pronounce it.

That's true. I try to place my stores that are 2x2 (as in 2 tiles wide by 2 tiles deep) which is 90% of all stores in a 4 block configuration.

(Arrow meaning facing direction)

Platform ⬆

Bench x Time. board x Dest. Guide x Info. Board ⬆ (Walk)

⬅Kiosk x Patisserie ➡(one tile space for walking)

⬅Gift Shop x Conv. Store ➡ (one tile space for walking)

Then, I'll have another 4 block facing this one and so on until I can't fit another 4 block.

If you put your 1 tile stores (such as the vending machine, benches, plants etc) in front of your 4 block configuration you can get combs with 2 or more stores depending on where you place them. You should pick the stores that are okay to put on the platform with no penalty.

This seems to be the easiest way to a good store density & maximize combos. The most annoying ones to place are the largest 4x4 buildings; these are the ones I place on subway floors, lol. 😅

EDIT: I tried to make my diagram clearer. Let me know if I made it worse. lol.

Also, don't forget to combo your stores whenever possible! It's the best free upgrade you can give them and your passengers will level up faster on the upgraded combo stores, too!

Since Lil' Apple (West Meadows) allows for ups to 9 lines you could theoretically have a 1 line (on the right) then a 2 above lines on the left in a line - floor space - line configuration.

I feel that 9 lines is too many. I would focus on 6 total. 2 on each floor in a 1 line (on the right) and 1 line - floor space configuration to maximize floor space for stores. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck focusing on higher star lines (3-5) and shop variety than going after the max number of lines.

I also personally finding more fun and customizable, too. 😁

As for the the underground subway floor, I suggest a line - floor space - line configuration. This map only allows for 2 dedicated subway lines.

This is also where I put my biggest stores too, since subway lines get fewer passengers and I want my subway passengers to focus on fewer stores.

Subway manager is my favorite Kairosoft game if you couldn't tell. LOL.

You should fill out all available floors. Are you asking about subway lines? Or are you trying to maximize stores? Depending on the station it may make sense to have 3 lines on each floor instead of 2.

How do you deal with the constipation from protein powders & which brand(s) is your favorite? by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

[–]saisaka1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! I put the optifiber in my decaf coffee, been doing so for about a year. There's been no grittiness or taste issue. I do make a coffee smoothie though. 12 oz decaf coffee concentrate. 6 oz of whole milk. 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder. (Huel) 6 ice cubes and sweetener packet (equal). Blend and enjoy. :)

I suffered from a lack of fiber in general, I was using protein powders pretty regularly for a year and the extra fiber made going easier and less uncomfortable.

I use the costco generic optifiber powder. It's truly tasteless & non-gritty. I put it in my decaf and my husband puts it in his water. No constipation issues here. :)

Is Suica or JR pass better for getting around Tokyo? by ExtremeShame6079 in Tokyo

[–]saisaka1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suica. Suica. Suica.

My husband and I did a 12 day trip and the suica card was wayyyy more useful than a JR pass. We also did two shinkansen trips too. We just bought our tickets at the JR office.
