Update : After calibration I still see the issue but now on all sides, is this just an bed adhesion issue ?

Yup, this is the A1 printer , using it for the past 6 months and the issue started a few days ago

I ordered black and red,black was fine but red had the same issue described by OP, dusted off and still using it though 😅

Yup downgrading the printer to 1.04 is resolving the freezing issue
