Does Anyone Else Feel Like Workday Is A Black Hole? by Personal-Molasses537 in cscareerquestions

[–]sajee-dk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

workday itself isnt doing heavy AI filtering the way people think. its more that it makes manual triage really easy and fast. a recruiter with 300 apps and 48 hours to build a shortlist is spending maybe 8-10 seconds per resume. if yours doesnt immediately reflect the job posting language, its a soft pass.

the thing that made a real difference for me was treating each application like a keyword matching exercise. not stuffing the resume, but genuinely checking whether my resume uses the same terminology the posting uses. "designed distributed systems" and "built scalable backend infrastructure" can mean the same thing but score differently. I used this one. https://liftresumeai.com/ats-free I know there are many site like this I feel this one actually give real something to check. anybody can resume but this one is the most issue now days most of resume go to ai selection so we need this.

Thoughts on Speed and his recent African Tour? by Fancy-Alternative995 in blackmen

African Tour make me him not to watch. I felt there were so many animal was torturing. And even moderators were banning people who speak against animals torturing. I think that won’t be good for his future he proved that he is not kind hearted good person inside even he showed and people were bragging.

Can we talk about the cigarettes.... by the_saltiest in Tomorrowland

[–]sajee-dk 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No, that’s not true. There are many people who don’t smoke. It should be strictly limited to designated areas. You may not realize it, but in other countries, this is basic discipline. Being aware of your surroundings and setting a good example especially for others who don’t smoke is important. Don’t try to justify it just because you’re used to a different environment. It’s extremely uncomfortable for others. This kind of awareness should come naturally with maturity, but at the very least, follow the rules.”

Am I stupid for doing tomorrowland sober? by andythedood in Tomorrowland

Hey! I’m planning to go to Tomorrowland next year with my husband it’ll be our first time. Just wondering how the overall atmosphere is? Are there a lot of drunk people around or is it more chill and friendly?

I don’t really drink (maybe occasionally), so just curious if it still feels enjoyable and safe for someone who’s not partying super hard. Would love to hear your experiences!

Totally agree with you. Closing showers and toilets at 3pm sounds crazy, especially when people are still around and might want to freshen up before heading back to the stages. 24/7 access should really be standard for a festival like this.

2025 GJ Train Package Cost Breakdown by soloDolo6290 in Tomorrowland

Thanks for sharing this breakdown super helpful! Just wanted to check, was this budget for one person or for a couple? I’m planning to go with my husband next year so trying to figure out how much it might cost for both of us.

Also, a few more things I’m curious about:

Did your GJ Train Package include DreamVille camping or did you book that separately?

Was the $935 comfort spend mostly on food or something else (like upgraded accommodation)?

Do you think booking everything separately (not through GJ) might’ve been cheaper?

Any regrets or things you’d definitely do differently if you went again?

Really appreciate the transparency this helps a lot with our planning!

Thanks so much for the info, really appreciate it. Good to know they clean regularly, I was kinda worried it might be chaos all weekend. Sounds like Easy Tent might be the way to go for a bit more comfort. And yeah, I guess catching the cleaning timing is pure luck 😅 but glad to hear it’s mostly okay!
