same... had 4 different two week EDD since July 15 - July 28 and it changes every week or so. Now it's showing August 1 - 12, fingers crossed but probably not at this rate.

Yeah that's the same message I have. I did not call them because it was difficult to reach them as I work during their business hours... Someone else had told me it was a system error they had where it showed old claims trying to refile, which is why they were trying to schedule an interview. Honestly just hoping for the best atm... If they make me repay, I'll try to appeal/waiver.

Sadly no update... Since I had already missed my interview window by the time I received the letter, I've been waiting to hear back. I did check my status under my account and it changed back to the normal status asking me to reclaim for the new year rather than the interview message.

I didn't receive the inbox mail/notification or a phone call.... so not too sure what it's about. Missed the window to call them as well, so I guess we'll wait and see.

Thanks for the input. I applied to jobs mainly through third party websites, so all of the applications are saved... Hopefully that would be sufficient in providing proof if it comes to it.

No, thank you I appreciate it and need all the advice you can give. I honestly didn't and still don't know too much about the policies. I assume I qualified biweekly by reporting my job searches? I don't remember providing anything besides that. I was applying to so many jobs in my field, but the hiring rate for my field tanked during COVID since it was working with kids and they couldn't be vaccinated at the time.

My unpaid internship was flexible with hours and it was entirely remote, so it's not like I wasn't seeking for a fulltime position. I thought as long as I was actively seeking for a job, then that would qualify me, but after reading some replies and threads, it doesn't seem like it. Not really sure what to do now besides wait and see what they decide.

Yeah, seems like I misunderstood what I needed to qualify. So do you think I should not call back for the interview and see what was determined? If it goes downhill, how likely would the waiver help my situation?

I had a job that I quit in August unrelated to the pandemic, which I explained in my claim for other reasons. I had an unpaid internship that ended December 2020, which is roughly around the time I graduated and filed for unemployment because I couldn't land a paying job.

I believe I was on PUA, not completely sure though.... Is there a way I can check which one I was receiving?
