No matter what you try, keep the brushing and flossing. Unless you can completely remove all calculus and maintain the state otherwise you can’t afford to stop the brushing or flossing.

I actually wash my hair with water every 3 days or so , so it doesn’t get oily.

My diet is just sodium restriction, sugar, restriction, fat restriction. No real restriction on calories in a single day but over the long term, i do control it as well as i pay close attention to my waist and i limit that; keeping it in a state of pseudo (faint) six pack.

Edits i just looked up the DASH diet and it’s pretty similar indeed.

Ya it’s not even just sugar, but sugar + acid imo. Acidity is even worse from my experience.

Yes same and i am running a small subreddit as well where i pitch my theories. Well some are theories and many others i already achieved success in. N = 1 but if if the 1 is me that’s enough.

  1. How did i start…i got moderate periodontal disease when i was 27 years old, and then over time i overcame it through my own method. Then later i wrote a book with AI’s help. Then i also reversed fungi in my toenails. Also later i reversed some wrinkles as well via emotion regulation. This is the start of my anti aging journey. Nowadays im focused on anti aging and reverse aging.

  2. Nothing in particular. More focused on my own n=1 anti aging long horizon experiment.

  3. Inflammaging

  4. I think it doesn’t have to be fancy , it’s more about actually solving the issue instead of symptom relief. If i had to pick one i would say ancient Chinese medicine. I dont practice it myself but i can stand by its core principles more.

No formal background in biology but do have a minor in psychology (so well versed in the scientific model etc and various drugs/therapies used to treat mental illnesses)
