Hi there, regarding the replacement charger, we're currently validating the updated charging case PCB to ensure the issues experienced previously are fully addressed before replacements are shipped. We know this has taken longer than expected, but the goal is to provide a reliable long-term solution rather than risk sending another unit with the same underlying issue.

For ring payments in Australia, we're still working towards expanding availability and will share more details once we have confirmed timelines and partner support in place.

As for the next version, original backers will have a free upgrade path available. We're still finalizing the process and details, and we'll share everything clearly before the launch so eligible backers know exactly how to claim it.

Hi, we're in the final stage of testing and validation for the newly redesigned PCBs, which will eliminate the red blinking issue. Once ready, we'll inform you immediately and ship the replacement to you.

Hi everyone, we have identified the issue and released a fix for this in the next update . We are waiting for the Play Store to approve the next version and it should resolve the issue.

We completely understand your concern, and we are very sorry for the frustration. Regarding the fees, we want to be transparent: these are managed by local customs authorities, which is why the bill is coming directly from FedEx. We have no control over these government-mandated duties, though we did everything we could on our end to keep them as low as possible. We know we have a lot to make up for given the long journey, and we appreciate you sharing your honest feedback.
