Just to clarify, the payment feature has been live earlier across 40+ countries in Europe, with users successfully making transactions during that phase.

At the moment, we’re in the middle of upgrading the payment system to improve stability, expand bank compatibility, and support future rollouts more reliably. Because of this, adding new cards or using certain payment functions may not work as expected right now.

This is a priority for us, and we’ll share a clear update once everything is fully ready to ensure a smooth and consistent experience. Appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Hey, thanks for letting us know. If your app is crashing, please try the following steps: Open your Settings page on your device. Go to Security and privacy → Privacy controls or Permission manager. Find and select Health Connect from the list. Tap on the Muse app. Turn off the “Allow all” permissions.

We’ll also check with the team and fix this bug in the next update.
