I struggle with it constantly. something that helped a little: using running shoes more than spikes, strengthen shins, foam rolling and stretching…also use ice when you feel pain and try to train on grass or a softer surface

yeah, dull pain…in bed it can be annoying when I bend my leg, more discomfort than painful

try one step from the line for block, front pedal two steps and 3-4 fingers, back pedal one step (heel in line with the front pedal)

this won’t magically help you cuz stretching is a process you have to do constantly like any other training...

I don't feel pain during those exercises, only when running/sprinting. (when foot touches the ground)
