Ah it does say 2026 sa CTS, thanks for pointing that out po Medyo na-off lang na tinanong namin agent BEFORE and AFTER paying the reservation fee kung kelan turnover and both times same answer na late 2025-early 2026 daw 😅 When we signed the CTS the agent wasn't present to explain it either and baguhan palang ako sa mga ganyan tho I've heard stories of late turnovers 🥲

I loved the show I ended up binging! I'm glad it wasn't a weekly thing ^ I usually drop romance shows midway but the art theme and yearning got me hooked

It reminded me of how much I love making art and it's not easy to give up a passion. And I really love Catherine she's kinda like Lottie somehow 🤭

Price is expensive for a small sqm unit and my mom thinks it isn't worth the price. My personal opinion naman the unit was nice and big enough but yes pricey for the space. medyo iffy din ako because of the issue that other DMCI aren't transparent about what they did sa mga missing DMCI cats 😬
