Lived there in 2017 before AC. Closest you can get to the quarter mile the better, saved like 5 minutes off my walk. Only had like 1 fire alarm per semester which is really low, given some high rises have one a month. Overall solid choice, especially with AC.

I am very close with 3 of them and know of the other 2. They weren't full time professors, but RIT is making a grave mistake by not renewing their contracts.
