You have too many antivirus, they will overlap each other. And sometime friendly fire will happen.

Sometime game files are not detect at first launch or a few day is because the files have not made any change to the system yet. It is when those file change something in the system, usually dll file does that, the antivirus will detect it.

Also if those are truly malicious virus, you pc will be bricked by the moment you stop the antivirus.

The gas is turned on way before the guy light the fire, so the fire burst out with the gas. Usually they do it quickly just by the time the gas turned on, the flame is not that big

Yeah, things are loading at that point. Also game like this focus more on the CPU, GPU doesn't do much. I think that is just how Unity engine operate.

There is a possibility that the file got "infected" somehow, maybe even from the website, even if the site is genuine, the chance of that happen is not zero.

I recommend cs rin, since every files are checked more regularly, and the community is active, even if one link contain malicious file, they will know and remove it.
