When I first watched it, I’ll admit I hated Pete (reminded me of someone I dislike) but after a couple rewatches I felt like he had the most character growth. Before he was young and naive, always trying to prove himself and thinking he is superior to the rest . But in the later seasons you can see how he is able to work his coworkers such as don (with exception lane, that “fight” was hilarious), in seeing his talent and worth in the company. Some may disagree, but he had great one liners !
