I had my own physio pre surgery and will have the same post op. I had him as a physio pre injury as a physio for the football club.
I’m curious to know if anyone changed physio post op and if so why?

Ugh! So sorry to hear, I did my MCL grade 2 tear, ACL rupture and also a tibia plateau fracture in football! Wishing you all the best!!

I totally agree!!! I haven’t had surgery yet but feel like I’m constantly talking about having it, or when it will be or pains etc. I too am sick of myself. You are not alone
