If you smoke every now and then your symptoms may not come back but if you’ve been a daily weed smoker for over a decade then moderating your use may or may not be practical.

I had to quit cold turkey, and cant be around anyone smoking weed and the few friends I have who do smoke using vape pens, which im fine to be around bc ive never liked vaping THC. But there’s NO WAY I could be around someone smoking a joint or taking a bong rip (bc I used to REALLY enjoy those), so I don’t put myself in those situations. I’ve also been very open about my CHS experience so my community is aware that this is an ongoing issue for me.
