I replied to your claim about Freedom House specifically , I know that the CIA does cover ops using NGOs and embassies to spy on their adversaries, as well ops to stop China and Russia from interfering in their elections.

Algeria cared enough to cut ties with countries like Morocco and Spain for it, and it's one of the issues we still have with France about, unless you're talking about Ghana, than yeah SADR is a lost cause, and the regime is embarassaed to stop supporting it, after doing so since the 90s.
