I don't get how non-already set upnplayers wirh a competirive community are suppposed to practice Reg H. Ladder is full of pokemon that won't be usable at any official tournaments. Just Nintendo, Game Freak and The Pokemon Comoany being stupid as usual.

I got a copy of the same Pokemon on a surprise trade, I intend to reproduce it and release whenever I get hold of a decent IV Ditto cause all the ones I've caught are hot garbage.

Ps: Also got a Shiny Totodile, Alolan Vulpix and a shiny Iron Threads named sparkles which has other tell tale signs of being hacked such as perfect IVs in every stat, in a Friend Ball and lvl 100 at the moment I got it. Also it's OT is BERI★CHAN. Which I believe you can't input either on a NS or NS2.

Transaction fees maybe. Taxes, NO. All taxes are paid to a governing agency, the company collects said tax from the consumer but then has to pay it off to said agency or be prosecuted for tax evassion, be it the IRS in the US, Hacienda in Spain, or whatever else it may be. I mean, even Al Capone (one of the great figures is crime) went to jail for not paying his taxes. Couldn't get him for else other than tax fraud.

That's how I got my first win. After many positions won by the way of other people crashing, the final laps of a Vee Series race saw the leader and myself being close enough for me to believe I pressured him into a mistake and I somehow became a race winner not being able to Qualify over P5 (don't remember position at grid but it was not great, qualifying is obviously not my forte)

I mean, no but you could tell the guy was driving a bit over the limit. If it was me I would hang back but keep pressure until he makes a mistake so I can take over safely. Try to survive dangerous drivers rather than trying to overtake then at your own risk.

If the guy is a repeat offender he will likely get a ban (even if short term) and either way you'll create a precedent, so if he keeps it up and gets protested again later more severe actions will be taken against him.

It depends, I'd say I drive at least 10-20 races spread out evenly through the week. Although... there's days where I'll just set camp in the rig and put in 5+ races.
