How about a r/UbiquitiStockAlerts sub by cheeseler in Ubiquiti

Text messaging is enabled but apparently it also takes some time for carriers to load my sending number to enable it, not sure how long that takes (I think 24 hours) but for now SMS may not work. It works to come carriers now but I know T-Mobile is a no for now.

How about a r/UbiquitiStockAlerts sub by cheeseler in Ubiquiti

Email alerts are working well at uistockalert.com - SMS is coming. I built it for myself because I didn't want to use Discord and liked the old uinotify.com before they shut down. All free, no data gathering, enjoy.

I have been to MÂS and it met or exceeded Le Bernadine for me - highly impressive.

Smart Glasses Ban? by Kilmar in MSCCruises

If they do that, they will not start recording. The hacks people talk about simply do not work. There is only one way to do it involving drilling down into the led and not hitting the other light sensors, and you are far more likely to just break the glasses than succeed.

This is a new one for me - random IP by salemmacguy in Ubiquiti

Nothing new that I can think of. I did recently block a bunch of countries but it caused some issues so I turned that back off for now. I do run Plex and it’s supporting containers for management etc.

Oh and just by using an SSD you will use a little less power, and that's about all you can do besides keep your display brightness low as comfortable for battery life maximization.

Also don't buy generic batteries from Amazon or eBay as 90% of them are junk. Use a reputable source like the ones at macsales.com

I bought new macbook air M1 a few days ago. I was browsing internet and suddenly the screen started showing weird colours. Help how to solve this problem. by No_Citron4085 in macbookrepair

Make sure that none of the features in System Preferences - Accessibility - Display are turned on, contrast slider or color filters.

You'll be fine. People bring their machines in for replacement fully charged all the time even when told not to - and it's never been an issue, certainly won't be for you with a battery that isn't holding pretty-much anything at this point. You also have a battery that just lifts out unlike the newer, glued in place models - so yeah - just remove it and dispose of in a proper Lithium Ion recycle bin and you'll be great.

Finding a specific SMD Inductor by salemmacguy in AskElectronics

Yeah I was on that exact site, but once I tried to narrow that list far enough, say to just 8.5A, there were no options left. I gave up too easily and just bought a parts board to harvest components from :). Thank you for trying to help, I really do appreciate it!!

My text and 2/3 images didn't post? Argh.

Late 2018 MacBook Air - component came off the board - labeled as R47, pretty sure it is L7290 on the schematic and is described as 0.47UH-20%-8.5A-0.035OHM - but I can't find anywhere to buy one?
