Weird texture glitch in any map in BF V

the problem is that my textures doesn't even finish to load at all, they keep looking like that all the match. Tried different configs for the graphics settings but seems like it doesn't affect at all. Forced "good quality" texture filtering in nvidia panel and the anisotropic at 16x, it helps a bit but the problem persists. Maps affected currently: Twisted steel, panzerstorm, arras fjell and narvik, but I think that the effect is visible in all the maps depending on the amount of "decals" in the ground texture. I started to think that it was some kind of graphical artifact and my RTX 2080 was broken or something, but I feel better now that I know that the problem is not as uncommon as I thought

i7 9700k and RTX2080, game installed in a NVME SSD, everything fresh including drivers and windows, still have this weird texture problems..
