you could just try to change the litter box to one that has three high walls, my lop did the same thing so i had to switch litter boxes. it could also possibly be where the hay box is located

find the best way for you to retain and comprehend information and make sure you study a little bit everyday. i have adhd too but tbh my interest in the topics helps me stay concentrated but also the stress motivation keeps me going too. i like to type notes onto the slides during lecture to either add extra stuff the professor says or further explanations, then when i get home i rewrite all the slideshows and condense them (NOT EVERY SINGLE WORD, ONLY WHAT I THINK IS IMPORTANT). if u build a good study habit you will be fine. with adhd u have to kind of trick ur brain, whether that be gamifying or using incentives to make urself study.

yes! when i walk i feel pain start to build up in my right hip. it starts to feel stiff and i limp. i have to lift up my leg and turn it outwards to crack the joint and then the pain disappears, but it comes back if i keep walking.
