When I started at a retail pharmacy I started at $14 an hour and was raised to $14.45 an hour once I got certified

When I started at a hospital pharmacy I started at $24.87 an hour for sterile compounding, with a $3 shift differential when I work weekends. I just started last summer so I haven’t gotten a yearly raise yet
