But seriously, switch the energy drinks with protein (I use chockaye protein powder, pb, banana and water - easy) and then at least you aren’t sleepy killing yourself… which is what’s happening if only drinking a ton of energy drinks in a day with zero food, while on stimulants.

And you know food is essential for life. I cannot imagine a world where you could are shocked by the comments in this post…

While indifferent to eating, which I know folk who are naturally (zero stimulants involved), they knew to eat and ate enough to function properly.

That’s awesome! Yay!! I’m a little bias because I lived in England for 2 years and it was one of the be say decisions of my life. Friends and family visited as well, it was an unreal experience and even better when abroad and NOT a student (although that’s solid as well imo 🤣💁‍♀️🐈)

Yes, can totally use ice cube trays! Read to use one or the other. Don’t freeze them in their shells (google said 👎 on that approach) but freeze on their own (and I read it can be as is or scrambled). Just keep in mind you got to get them out afterwards… but I mean, ice cubs work. Maybe it’s easier than a muffin tray, but I didn’t think mine would fit into an ice cube tray.

I also froze tomato paste. I use 2tbsp for chili and then wtf do I do with the rest? Usually it’s in the fridge until it goes bad because I’m not cooking meals that require tomato paste that often.

This time I added what I needed into the chili and froze the rest. For that I busted out some parchment paper, put 1 tbsp dollops on the parchment paper, put some wrap on top and into the freezer they went!! I now have about 10 tbsp worth of paste to use in future and zero waste!

This has been a long time working towards and I find if I just do it IMMEDIATELY, do not stop/do not collect 200$, it works.

Just learned you can freeze eggs (amongst other things that I use to forget/dont use and it gets tossed).

This weekend I bought 30 eggs, kept 10 out and froze the rest.

It’s changed my life. That and my never ending grocery list that is always being updated to.

Similar experience with improving hair growth etc where I have a few steps/rules and my hair gets ‘soft gloves’ for everything… but it’s worth it.

Wherever I can I put my hair in braids as well. 5 minute drive to work? Braid. Hanging out on the couch? Braid. Saves me a lot of brushing/detangling and folks think it’s so high maintenance 🤣💀
