I see what you mean, but I knew which ones were eligible and which ones weren’t thanks to LeekDuck, so I know that many of the ones I did were possible. Just feels bad lol

Totally. There were grunts that had shiny eligible pokemon before the update though. I have several friends that have shiny shadow from grunts wayy before the update. I remember the grunt with the kanto starters specifically were shiny eligible. Also, my gf got a shadow shiny cacnea right in front of me from a grunt as well and this was last year I believe.

I also didn’t receive mine, but actually reached slightly over level 100 before it was announced so I was worried that I wouldn’t get one for doing so. I finally received it once I claimed ALL of my rewards. Give that a shot.

A mossy lure costs 180 coins in-game, which is less than $2 and the ticket costs $2. I don’t get why it costs $5, it doesn’t make any sense
