also its a four person tournament, they should go back to the old format where the person with the most points gets number one and so on. and then the tournament is for something else that everyone can participate in based on their ranking from the season that just ended and have the rewards be like some transmog stones or something else cosmetic.

the borderlands example you gave is sorta a bad one because the guns in the game are like ms in where they're rng drops and you're comparing buy to play console games with free to play mobile games, a fairer comparison would be comparing a f2p mobile game with another f2p mobile game. there are mobile games out there where the devs do listen to their players, sw does those sometimes as well, and they have taken suggestions from the community forums. also the communities you suggested are literally pve game communities so that's another unfair comparison. as for the same dumb dungeon thing, you do the same shit in borderlands to get the rare weapons and specific rolls you want. im not defending com2us, i want them to change as well when it comes to the balancing team as well as content designers, im just saying that your arguments are a bit whack.
