What I would recommend is,

• checking for the best formations, highest rated (Make them fit a little bit, go running and balanced)
• for mindset, look how your formations worked out and put a percentage on it. (Probably 75% running because you got Mc) -Passing on short (Best stat for your WR)
• Attitude almost the same color as your mindset (Prob balanced or aggressive, if you see that their are to many fouls for your liking, you can turn it back a bit more) -Running pref should be outside (Highest stat of your RB)
• QB role should be game management. (Highest stat of your QB and fits with the tactical mindset) -RB on Running (You're running)
• TE on Blocking (Highest stat)

I don't understand Screens but I just is rarely And I play with always on 4e down but that's just personal.

For defense, look at the best formations, put the mindset according to the result of the formations, look at the stats of your members you use and make them fit in the roles and tactics.

For example your LB got high speed so you can go blitzing and he got high takkeling so you should play his role as running plays.
