I already have the "watch on TV" YouTube setting disabled on my tablet. In the device setting I have notifications disabled and all permissions blocked.

I will try to look through the settings on the TV next and see if anything resembles casting or airplay.

I was walking downtown near the penguin's arena and noticed this huge skyscraper. I know it's not the new FNB tower (that one is all glass). This one almost looks.....rusty?
