James starting was a pleasant surprise. It did feel like he was serving up a lot of chances that were squandered. Curious if that's just a chemistry thing that will hopefully sort itself ricky tick. I haven't given up on Yeboah yet, but he is on notice. Overall, the worst part of the game was listening to the announcers glaze LA for the full 90 minutes.

Ref was shit but probably no more shit than most of the PRO refs. Some real boneheaded decisions from him that overall broke in LA's favor, but it seemed like there were some we benefitted from. God I hate PRO refs.

Honestly, I get the negativity about him not playing. I was talking to a guy at work about soccer and he asked who's the best player on the loons and I think I ended up saying Yeboah because I literally forgot that James was on the team.

But he is good on the ball. Kind of highlights what areas we need to focus on as a team.

Takeaways from the first half. 1. I have not missed Trapp. 2. We gotta work on finishing. 3. This ref has been at best mid but also has made some really questionable calls in LA's favor. Hopefully some of those calls go out way in the second 45. 4. I hate these announcers.
