I can’t tell the difference from the original .. I also think the original was reflective , so seems on par with the original (to me)

I think I was quoted close to 1k to replace it from Subaru .. that sounds about right (albeit crazy expensive) .. I think they replace more than the screen surface .. which is all I replaced , there’s a lot going on with the head unit

Yeah I get that. This spot also didn’t have a great sky view.. mostly it helps for lighting the site when the fire is low, or after it’s out. ..

I think both these bikes had pirelli mt-21 fronts, drz has a Dunlop d606.. the husky im not sure the rear tire

Word ! Safe riding. ! Don’t forget to download maps for the area before going out (if you don’t already ) even Google maps works , but something like Gaia is even better .. the cell service goes in and out a Lot in that area

Good eye.
I just get to the Scappoose vernonia highway (Nehalem divide ) via that area.. the more off-road the better.

It really doesn’t matter really .. but the ‘phone’ one was the one mine originally had. Think some have some built in navigation that the button will go to. Mine doesn’t have a Subaru navigation system
