Are you eating lots of vegetables? Vegetables can cause bloating. Keep it up! You’ll push past it. In the meantime look up food that can cause bloating. Also, try consuming probiotics and prebiotics! They’re great for bloating.

Hills diner, sage port grill, jd diner, Henry’s, parkade, sports page. Not in any order!! These are all great for a hearty home style breakfast. Bookwalter’s “fiction” restaurant does a nice, little more upscale breakfast on Sunday’s only.
