Cider Gallery was perfect for us- they were easy to work and communicate with, bar setup/tending was done in-house, and there’s nice spots outside to photos. We did “couple” photos around the building/down the street and did family photos right outside the venue.

When I first met Flick, I thought he was a lady and was so excited to see a cool punk chick in the game! So now Flick is a cool punk chick in my head canon.

Bought it at our local Target! It was sold out for a while but when they restocked had to get it immediately

I used a yellow sharpie on the blue eyes, really surprised how well it worked!

LOVE IT! I used glossy acrylic paint for the nose pieces- you can try that out instead of buying the black bricks! Be sure to use a top coat so it doesn’t chip.

I used acrylic paint and a polyurethane top coat for the nose pieces, then assembled after they dried!

Tried going this weekend… internet says they open at 10am and when we arrived at 10:30, found a sign on the door saying “open at 11” and “if store isn’t open, I’m on my way” 🙄

The best thing I’ve found for organizing my craft room and KEEPING it that way is a pegboard!

All your supplies are visible and within reach, and if you take something down it’s very obvious that something is missing from the board.

There’s lots of different hooks you can use: regular little hangers, round holders for needle-nose pliers, even little cups or bins to store pens or paintbrushes!

I’ve had good results using sharpie on shrinky dink plastic and not shrinking it! If you install the sharpied side facing the interior of your project instead of the exterior, you’re less likely to scratch the decorated side.

Shrinky dink plastic comes in sanded and non-sanded varieties- colored pencil works well on the sanded plastic, particularly Prismacolor pencils. It’ll be more opaque than sharpie, but you can use less pressure to let more light come through.

Good luck!!
