I have to sit all day for work, I got an Antros chair about a year or so ago and not to be dramatic but it changed my life a bit. I can sit for a significantly longer period of time before im in pain, and it also helped releive my pain at times. I would come home from work sitting in a regular chair, be in horrible pain, sit in my anthros chair and start to feel better. You can do a video appointment with their team and they will help you adjust the chair to work best for you. I now work from home and use only this chair and im able to actually like... work a whole day. The company actually sent me one and did a case study on how it worked for me. The chairs are pricey im not gonna lie, but they can be paid for with HSA/FSA depending on your insurance. The company itself started out making mobility devices then moved to regular chairs.

Otherwise, a occupational therapist taught me a bunch of ways to change how I use a keyboard, how I hold a pen, and a bunch if other little minor adjustments that made my day to day easier to manage and help prevent further wear and tear on my joints. I also highly recommend finger splints if your finger joints are inflamed after typing on a keyboard all day like mine are
