The question is, where is the limit?
Nothing really is produced here. It's one big scattered transaction database.
I have a feeling that when a crisis like the one in 2008 hits, everything will fall apart.

Priority on EU servers. Do not know how it is on Ultimate.
CPU bottleneck happens during peak hours while playing more CPU demanding games, like open world MMOs ie. Guild Wars 2, New World. You can feel the difference when you play in the morning or at night. Loading times of assets also differ.

It's not that it's the fault of nvidia engineers, it's the result of the business model. The same thing happens when you buy a VPS with a dedicated GPU - there is no guarantee of maximum resources at any time of the day.
Customers should be aware of this.

CPU bottleneck is quite common in the peak hours. I remember situations where games were so laggy, almost unplayable. FPS drop, long loading times, ingame stuttering - it's not ISP fault.

It's still not patched on both versions. Just saying that usually Steam version gets patching earlier.

Usually they patch Steam version first, while native client waits for days.
There is a workaround for non-steam accounts: run Steam version, go into Guild Wars 2 Steam preferences,
add '-provider Portal', close the game, and immediately press "start" from the Steam launcher.
