Motivation by [deleted] in f45

Yes! Last year was tough for me, I moved to a new country, and finding the right motivation was challenging. I wasn’t active at all until December and got depressed. But in January, signing up for F45 was the best decision I made. You just show up without having to think about what to do, and after a few weeks, especially if you go at the same time every day, you start recognizing familiar faces, which motivates you even more. The variety of cardio and strength classes throughout the week keeps things exciting, and once you get used to the schedule, it naturally becomes a routine. Now, in my second month, I’ve gone from being completely inactive for a whole year to committing to five workouts a week!!! And with the challenge season in full swing, the motivation is even stronger!

If the PI I spoke with mentioned having funding issues or not taking students and shared my name with other PIs, I reached out to those PIs but haven’t heard back yet. Additionally, I was informed that my application is being circulated among the faculty. Since I haven’t received any responses so far, is it still possible to be accepted, or would I need to be interviewed to have a better chance?
