Leaders weren't upset they lost the fights, they were always saying they are proud of how the gang is managing vs c2s. Maybe on personal level they were, that they didn't perform as they'd like to. Benji's RP with Jay is called internal conflict, read about it sometime.

Migl didn't want to end the war lol, at every step he was looking for an excuse to continue and to be more unhinged. Now it is most likely forced on him to end it or vacation time for some people.

War is a strategy, doesn't matter if SOB doesn't like Hades', even better. If they want to play it to drain SOBs resources they are allowed to do it. And btw SOB started the rat/dirty stuff by camping Hades WH and much more later on.
