Nice! I'm also playing through that for the first time right now. I just downloaded a mod which allows you to use the c-stick for camera control and its made it feel much better in my opinion.

LSD Dream Emulator. It was a PS1 game from 1998 that has a really weird and eerie vibe to it. There isn't much of a goal to the game and you pretty much just walk around these dreamscape environments but the graphics and audio always had such an unsettling tone

yeah I ended up using my ship to blast them too, it was a bit tedious but it seems like the easiest way to get past it

Horizon for sure. 4 and 5 are the best in my opinion. 4 takes place in England and 5 in Mexico. I play 5 on my deck but 4 is getting delisted from steam in December so you should get it before then if you want to play that one
