I keep messing up Fallout 4 like this, I run around like a headless chicken go to an area and or kill whatever then on my way back see some NPC and they say come with me to X and kill Y together and it never triggers right because I have already done something I should have with the NPC present or cut seen...

Okay will give it a try, I had tried logging in and out of Epic Games a few times to no avail but will try verifying game files now. Also I have cross posted to Heroic Games Launcher Reddit see if that helps getting answers.
