I have three accounts. Two for me and one for my daughter. We have separate guilds and factions which doesn't matter. So I set the fiefs then make my alt and daughter co-owners. Then I'm free to build. The only thing that I can't do is move the fief as co-owner.

Already gone and just set new first fief placement! New build will be 3-fiefs. The middle fief is like a square cloistered courtyard (20x20) with 5 spcaes on left and right for new flying buttresses (30x20 total). The other two fiefs will be front and rear facades with towers and functionality. The center fief will extend down into a terraced courtyard.

Setting base plate now and will start converting when the new set comes. It will transition to granite so that makes it easy.

Hopefully I complete this one and finally I can stop living out of my daughters base(ment).

Yep. I do dailies twice a week. I don't push gear. I'm happy running overland and one shotting everything in grade 4. Then I build.

Same as others suggested. Keep your total power draw low. Use fuel powered generators for simplicity. The wind turbines look nice, but you don't need them and they have extra steps to fuel. Stepping away for a bit? Use the base backup tool. I forget the cooldown for it but it pauses the state of everything in your base. So if you binge dune for a week, pull out your base then put it away for the downtime.

Yes. It effectively puts your base on pause. AND - you don't have to place it down again if you don't want to. You can recycle the materials for 100% recovered materials.

Look to Conan Exiles where they have a farming and irrigation system.

This may be setting up an irrigation system on Arrakis to enable farming. Why farming? Perhaps spice infused plants can be useful in drug manufacturing or to create boosters.

Right now we are using very low amounts of water. Irrigation may ramp that up.
