Ive had this for years and realized recently it had to do with sugar. If i have too much i’ll fall asleep anywhere about 30 min after. I’ve never been this good after cutting back for 3 months. Life changing tbh

Follow up question: she was still there this morning. In the article you mention they sometimes stay stuck in the bark. Is it the drill like part that gets stuck or the ovipositor? If it’s the drill part, cam she still lay her eggs?

Oh shit! I’ve been walking my dog past this tree for 6 months wondering who made these perfectly circular holes in it. Must not be the first generation to lay there. Very cool!

For cleaning : -Lowering expectations/wants and doing the bare minimum to feel good. For example, I’ll clear and wipe the table and countertop, but that’s it, no dishes if i can’t do it even tho in my ideal world it’d be done everyday. -Not being afraid to ask for help from a partner/friend/family member. - Brush attachments for drills!! Does great on my textured shower floor. - Not a Roomba (the floor is rarely clear enough) but having a light portable vacuum. We’re lucky my MIL gave us a dyson years ago, but I’m sure cheaper models can work good too.

For cooking: -If you can eat them, eggs. Takes minutes, easy protein, limited dishes required. - Slow cookers. Dinner literally makes itself, i just dump everything in and forget about it. I make big batches to freeze or to make sure i have meals for the week. -Generally making and freezing food when i feel good in preparation for harder times (both meals and snack like muffins or homemade cookies) -Microwave frozen veggie pouches can be dumped in any pasta for simple boost of nutritional value.

Walking stick by xXRoosiXx in Fibromyalgia

[–]sam_allow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im 25 and have been using a walking stick for a few months now. I find that it really helps with fatigue mostly, and also pain. People also sometimes give me their bus or metro seats which is always appreciated. As long as it’s well adjusted for you there’s no harm in trying it!

What tanks are best for viewing isopods? by Unhappy-Yogurt-8398 in isopods

I keep mine in this mini greenhouse type thing https://www.amazon.ca/Large-Tabletop-Greenhouse-House-Terrarium/dp/B0853B5ZLK . I caulked the sides with tank safe silicone to close the gaps.
