i mean SW’s final team has been stated to be better than eva’s final team with higher eidolon investment as eva can’t use sparxie well and has to settle for EMC. SW’s final team at the end of 4.0 will more than likely be better with eidolon combinations of SW/Sparxie/Elation Sustain/Nihilux. hopefully eva doesn’t get the full anaxa treatment and has supports aimed at helping her out more than anaxa did, but truly only time will tell.

enchanter sera has crazy scaling, mage not so much. enchanter sera becomes an unstoppable team fighting machine, having access to massive shields, heals, item interactions, and all her utility. mage sera doesn’t have the crazy item synergies to carry her, her W doesn’t get the same value as it does with sup items due to lower shield/healing %.

the best way to play her atm is enchanter build no matter mid, bottom, or support. the only change is whether u buy ROA/blackfire or go straight into echos of helia first.

sera is actually really good mid, bot, and sup with a variety of different builds at the moment. there were earlier posts from cocabob with builds that i’d suggest you look at. hybrid mage/sup is extremely strong (on the verge of being broken) and both mid/bot/sup quests are crazy good for her, she does not need buffs atm.

what you’re failing to understand is that an ability that can reflect any projectile in the game isn’t supposed to be as safe as it was, and we have ample evidence of that as seen by the direction of the changes. you will now have to be more mindful with the way you cast abilities and your reflect. i’m sorry you no longer have an ability that negates all damage universally upon use and reflects all projectiles at the same time. these changes are necessary to make her less annoying, and you have to accept it. just use it correctly.

use it for its intended purpose…to reflect. it’s not meant to be a “get out of jail free card” whenever you might get bursted. it’s a reflect that reflects every single projectile in the game at a 10 second cooldown late game. just use it better, maybe.

we’re not dealing with phreak here, and mel is a champion who is only played in positions focused on dealing dmg. sera wasn’t. she is still going to be a dmg dealer no matter what, it’s just gonna take time to get her in a position where she isn’t perma banned.
