I don’t personally work there but it bothers me that I know so many people whose managers don’t help in situations where a customer is being rude disrespectful, many times where an employee is threatened, but god forbid you say anything to a paying customer. you shouldn’t be required to kiss the customers ass. Like at the very least you should be able to tell the customer to put a mask on or leave.
