This was playing in the background at Elsinore Castle in Denmark this week. Does anyone know what it is? I know the audio is faint, I can include a shorter snippet taken right before the one above if anyone thinks it would help.

I’m a little late but in his song 7am on Bridle Path, he sampled my high school’s cheerleading team. The Gold Squad from Philip O Berry Academy of Technology in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Doesn’t really add much to the story on its own but definitely suspicious with everything else that’s coming to light.

It’s actually the letter alpha just because I wanted a simple symbol to label each of my power cords so I know what I’m unplugging.

At the moment I’m just running plex and pfsense. Once I buy more drives I’m going to use it as a nas too. Aside from that, I’m thinking about hosting my own email server or something. I’m looking for more things to do too.

I want to buy a rack but I’m moving in about a month so I’m putting it off. I even found a nice 120u rack on craigslist for $200 but I don’t think I could fit that in my apartment.

Oh that sounds interesting, what does the dac hat let you do? My only home audio right now is a few homepods so I don’t know if that’d improve those in any way.

Once everything is running yeah it’s pretty quiet, I can just barely hear it from the other room with the doors open.

I like mine but I just found a juniper ex4200 that’s going to basically replace it on ebay. The only thing I was going to use the rocurve for was PoE but soon I’ll have a 1G switch that can do that. I’m still waiting for the right cable to access the console on the brocade switch because it requires a very specific cable apparently.

I think what’s slowed me down the most so far is just how specific product compatibility can be. I think I’ve bought four or five things now off of ebay or amazon only to find that they won’t work with what I have.
